As the name suggests, this class is a strength based program designed to help you feel empowered. Whether you have never touched a barbell or are a seasoned weightlifter, your coach will guide you to new personal bests in a safe environment. Suitable for all levels and abilities
LYSS
Steady State sessions are about improving cardiovascular fitness using science backed principles, with a dose of classic Conditioning exercises. Increase endurance – at your own pace!
Martial Mind
Combining years of experience in muay thai, karate and boxing, your Martial Mind coach will teach solid fight techniques and self defence strategies while improving overall fitness and encouraging mental resilience
